Born in 1991 Franny is primarily a composer, pianist and record producer. He was awarded a contemporary writing scholarship at Berklee College of Music in Boston. He studied traditional and jazz composition, synthesiser programming, and piano. At the age of 12 he won the young student of the year award at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and shortly after he began working in music professionally having demonstrated natural ability and perfect pitch from the age of 3. He would subsequently move to the USA to continue his studies and work before returning to Europe.
He is well versed as a session musician working frequently at Abbey Road Studios (London) conducting members from the London Symphony Orchestra, playing piano on various sessions, arranging, and producing too. Latterly he has also been working as a score engraver. He has a varied background in music composition for television, musicals, and songwriting.
At 22 he accepted a post to direct music at St Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral in Boston MA where he would run the Cathedral Cantorum Choir and was principal organist, choir master and honorary member of the American Guild of Organists.
He is also a versatile recording engineer working on mixing and mastering projects. He works at mix and mastering suites and usually works remotely for clientele all over the world.
He is a founding member of ‘Survibers’ along with his wife Katrina (vocalist) and their original music has been promoted by Tom Robinson on the BBC and is heard throughout the world including NPR in America. It would be remiss not to include a mention of his love of vintage synthesisers under the disciplines of analogue, wavetable and FM all of which he keenly employs for sound design.

He is a member of the PRS, PPL and BMI.
